1. Operators shall receive training and guidance from manufacturers or specialized agencies, have a full understanding of the structure and performance of the loader, and obtain some experience in operation and maintenance before operating the machine. Before operating the machine, must first read the "Product use and maintenance manual", according to the requirements for operation and maintenance.

2, running in period of work load generally do not exceed 60% of the rated load, in case of long time continuous operation caused by overheating.

3. Frequently observe the indication of each instrument. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine in time and remove it.

4. Regularly check the level and quality of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and fuel oil, and pay attention to check the sealing of the whole machine. In the run-in period, should strengthen the lubrication of each lubrication point, every shift to lubricate the point grease (except special requirements).

5. Keep the machine clean and tighten the loose parts in time to prevent the loose parts from aggravating wear or causing parts loss.

6. At the end of the run-in period, the machine should be compulsively maintained, checked and adjusted, and the oil replacement should be paid attention to.
